Refund & Cancellation
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and failed payments work for RAMIN Sales subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Who this policy applies to
RAMIN Sales is a business-to-business service. By subscribing you confirm that you are purchasing for a business or professional purpose, not as a consumer. Statutory consumer protections (including the 14-day cooling-off right under the Dutch Civil Code) do not apply to business purchases. Where the law treats you as a consumer, the consumer-specific clauses in this policy will apply.
2. Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Two ways to do it:
- Through the customer portal linked in your billing emails (this opens a secure page hosted by Stripe).
- By emailing info@samen.ai with the email address on your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
3. Refunds on cancellation
Because the service is delivered continuously throughout the billing period, we do not issue partial refunds for unused time on a monthly or annual subscription. If you cancel, you keep access until your current period ends and are not charged again.
4. Money-back guarantee on first charge
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact info@samen.ai and we will refund that charge in full. This applies only to the first charge on a new account, not to renewals or subsequent purchases.
5. Refunds for service issues
If a material part of the service is unavailable or broken for a sustained period and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact info@samen.ai. We review such cases individually and may issue a service credit or pro-rata refund.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline), the service stays active for a 14-day grace period while we retry. You will receive automated emails from Stripe (and from us) with a one-click link to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected within 14 days, the subscription is suspended; data is retained per the Privacy Policy.
7. Consumer cooling-off (only if you bought as a consumer)
If you purchased as a consumer under Dutch / EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase. This right ends earlier if, when you signed up, you expressly consented to the service starting immediately and acknowledged that you lose the cooling-off right once delivery has begun. By clicking the buy button and using the service, you give that consent.
8. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
