Intelligence is the capacity of a system to maintain a coherent internal model of reality, reduce uncertainty over time, and act purposefully under constraints.

Matter does not matter.

The idea at the heart of Ramin is not AI deployment. It is compaction: abstraction without loss of function, the way Newton compacted centuries of observation into three laws. Compaction does not reduce intelligence. It increases its reach, consistency, and learning speed. The same loop that makes humans effective, run at organisational scale, with perfect memory, without sleep, and without forgetting.
