TARGET · COMMERCIAL PROPOSITION. This page describes a proposed, bounded Observe engagement. Scope, fees, ownership, service levels, and progression become commitments only when agreed in a customer contract.
First scenario. Read-only and bounded.
Name one tenant, domain, question, source set, and accountable owner. Connect one or two read-only sources, resolve a narrow Identity Graph slice, and review one evidence-bearing finding with the customer team. No write path is introduced during Observe.
Progression by evidence, not a fixed calendar.
Entity coverage, recommendation acceptance, approval rate, error rate, policy breaches, and trust duration use separate metric contracts. Thresholds and windows are customer-specific targets. Trust can regress when measured quality or calibration deteriorates.
Ownership baseline.
The proposed baseline is that the customer owns its input data, tenant configuration and ontology extensions, and exported tenant-specific records. RAMIN retains the Kernel, platform, base ontology, base models, and general product improvements. Final rights depend on contract.
Proposed commercial principles
- Gate before expansion. The next phase is offered only after the agreed evidence gate is reviewed.
- Explicit scope. Sources, action classes, policies, deliverables, and stop conditions are written down.
- Measured safety. Red Button performance is stated only against an approved production SLO.
